Are these people serious? Every tom, dick and harry in this country is after our "exceptional high earnings". I've specially noticed how everyone from auto drivers to government officers overcharge when they meet professionals like me. This is happening while some vegetable seller who looks homeless makes crores without paying a single rupee as income tax. We are high earners because our earnings are visible to the government. In reality we are probably not even at the median. Otherwise there's no way to explain high real estate and other prices.
