@hubermanlab - I purchased the three pack L-Theanine, magnesium L-Threonate and Apigenin. The first 2 works well together to help stay asleep. Feel rested morning Question 1. Can I take a melatonin to help fall asleep? Q2. Can I still take the 2 if I have a drink in evening? Thx
