@AnolonUk I need to pick your brains please. I have had a Anolon small kitchen knife for many years, my fave knife. Over the last year, some kind of oil has been seeping from the handle. I am mystified,there is no contact with any oils, any suggestions

@AnolonUk WARNING DO NOT BUY. Paid almost £200 for pans 26 May (order 900002231). Expected to receive within 5days - STILL NO PANS. Logged a number of complaints 46752. No resolution. This is in contradiction with the consumer rights act. I will take action if no response.

@AnolonUk Hi. We received a damaged order on 30th May so tried contacting you through the website (firstly on 31st May & then again on 16th June) but have had no reply to either msg. Any other route we can go down other than sending another message through the system? Thanks
