@UPS @UPS already one package has been sent back to sender for an error that is neither mine nor the sender's and this is causing major strains on the opening of my new location. The items in those packages are crucial for us to be able to open.

@UPS Customer service has not been able to tell me WHAT is going on with your system that keeps marking my address as incorrect (it's not!) but the only solution they offer is picking up at an access point. Defeats the purpose of ordering something to be delivered.

@UPS I'm waiting for six packages, all from different senders, and you guys keep rescheduling them or sending them back to the sender. My address is correct, I've been at the location, no UPS truck has even been by here, AND I have a sign for UPS to drop off packages.
