@SquareSupport Hey remember last week when your update screwed up my printer and then you had to fix the bug? Well guess what happened with this last update!? You guessed it!! Doesn’t work again. Definitely not updating your app anymore while we shop around other company’s systems..

Totally hear you on this, and we're glad you’ve found a setup that at least makes things readable on your Cafe POS, even if it doesn’t look perfect yet. We definitely don’t want to make text any harder to read – accessibility and easy readability are really important to us. We're passing your feedback about keeping the UI text size from getting smaller (and making it easier to adjust on mobile) to our design team. If you’re up for it, can you DM us what phone and OS you’re using so we can make sure we’re looking at the right setup?

It’s taken me some time to accept this. It looks horrible, but I can read it without shuffling the reading glasses. Only my Cafe POS, I can’t do it on my phone yet. That will be the next level of acceptance. @Square can you please not make the text in the UI any smaller!

やはりビジネス利用の宿泊予約はbookingを通してもらった方がいい。直接電話などで予約してsquareで決済してしまうと、変更やキャンセルで返金したときに、決済手数料分宿側が損をする。というわけで、日程変更につき約500円マイナス。

Disgraceful support from @Square. Spent 2 HOURS being transferred between agents for a Retail Plus issue. Had to repeat myself constantly while agents kept transferring me (7 times) And I am still stuck with the same issue. Third time this happens. Terrible support.

Thanks Ryan, We took a look into it and can't find anything suspicious about the transaction. We can say that it was made in person, using the actual physical card - so it wasn't manually keyed in with the card details, the card was physically present for the transaction. So that tells you unless you recently lost your card, it was likely made by yourself or someone with access to the card. It's probably not a great move on the Merchant's part to name their business "Transportation", though we do see things like this sometimes with taxi drivers, airport transport services, private transport charters etc. Have you or anyone who might use the same card in your family/household taken a taxi or trip to/from an airport recently? Or paid for transport of some form?

.@FirstTechFed @Mastercard an independent driver wildly overcharged me for a short ride because my friend and I were intoxicated. He didn't offer a receipt, now First Tech is stating they can't proceed with a fraud case for overcharging because I wasn't given a receipt. Any help?

Hi Ryan, Sorry to hear you've had a frustrating time with support. Can you let us know more about where your customers are seeing the wrong phone number. There's a few potential places you can change a phone number - let's try to narrow down where you need to change it (you may not use all the following products or tools with Square): There are several places phone numbers live in Square depending on what you're using. Here's where to check on the Square Dashboard: 1. Account security (sign-in phone): Settings → Personal Info → Sign-in & Security 2. Business profile: Settings → My Business → About 3. Each location: Settings → Locations → [your location] → Phone 4. Receipts: Settings → Payments → Receipts 5. Square Online site: Online → Edit Site (header/footer/contact) 6. Appointments booking page: Pulls from your Location settings 7. Messages/SMS: Messages → Settings (separate dedicated number) If we can narrow down where your customers are seeing the wrong number, we can help pinpoint what setting to change.

@David_W_Beck This may be one of a number of issues, including a genuine bluetooth connectivity issue or if it's an Android device, it could be the operating environment (eg if the device is rooted or has developer options turned on). If you can send us a DM we can troubleshoot further!

Hey @jack @Square, I've spent 60+ hrs trying to set up my CBD & digital shop. 30+ hrs with support & I've had better luck talking to the kindergartners across the road.Uploads are blocked & I can't direct traffic. I'm moving to Gumroad but would love a reason to stay. Fix this?

@SquareSupport Yeah I need your software for Square Retail updated again to fix the bug in the last update which messed up communication between your software and connected hardware. Every update disrupts something that worked perfectly. But good thing the shape of the buttons keeps changing.
