Not a fan of a ridiculous menu @Square Losing a $100 of product when an offline transactions fails kills us for the day. And it took forever to find the internet connectivity to set up a hotspot. Set up… settings… online… so many useless category descriptions.

@SquareSupport I wasn’t using the beta of your app but auto updates doesn’t appear to have been done on the app. I went to the store and the update fixed it.

@d21_johnson To set up sales tax in the Square Point of Sale app, go to More (≡) → Settings → Checkout → Sales taxes, then tap (+) to create a new tax. Enter the tax name and rate, then choose whether it applies to all items and services or only selected items.

Dear @Square Keeping a small business's money for 6 months without resolving the issue is unacceptable. My next stop is the Ontario Small Claims Court. Release my funds.

@Square latest version of your app for iOS 7.13.1 under iOS 27 on iPhone 17 Pro launches and then crashes to springboard instantly. Uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times, same result. Thought you should know.

@Square In this day/age it should NOT take 6 bus. days to post a deposit from a MAJOR CORPORATION to my account. The scam of holding MY money that long to earn interest off of it is over! Moving my payment service somewhere else. This small business cannot sustain your "policy"!

@Square I’ve been using Weebly to host my site because it had been affordable. The cost/mo for the Pro plan is going up from $10/mo to $12/mo but the site is not easy to use for building, the tech is outdated, and the load is slow. Why should I stay with you over @Hostinger at $10.99/mo?
