@GetYourGuide very poor service, cancelled our trip at last minute and spoiled everything. Also, very unprofessional customer service. No alternative or compensation provided. I will not recommend this company to anyone.





Don't use @GetYourGuide they have taken almost £900 out of our account and then cancelled the order on us. They now expect us to pay again which they will take immediately but have to wait up to 5 working days for a refund on our original purchase.



@BillAckman Whoa! Hey @GetYourGuide and @JohannesReck … you just canceled my booking without my permission after your guide tried to get me to cancel without you and pay him directly. Horrible! Then you sent an email saying I canceled when I did not. I g Had received a call from your agent about this who said they would call back but never did. #Fail







@GetYourGuide Tentative d’escroquerie d’un guide avec lequel vous travaillez au Machu Picchu (tentative de vente d’un billet frauduleux + abandon de la visite). Nous avons dû faire la visite tout seuls. Vous refusez un remboursement. C’est honteux #MachuPicchu #Escroquerie

This company is absolutely rubbish..I Lost approx 200 usd, I booked ticket and I didn't get ticket when I reached with family there they said go and find them..I couldn't found it as ticket was with guide. Before that I was in queue for 1 hr with kids bcoz there was no proper communication on whatsapp or on app or on email..when I asked to refund they stop responding me. Obviously, cheating won't refund money but I'll tell story so other fellow audience saved from them..pls don't use them..useless
