The "AI Wrapper" era is dead. 2026 is about Vertical SaaS Architecture. If your product is just a UI for a foundation model, you’re a feature, not a business. The real alpha is building the Proprietary Data-Pipeline that a generic LLM can't access. Differentiation isn't in the "Chat"; it's in the Systemic Utility.
