The NCAA DI Council has eliminated the 1-in-4-year foreign tour restriction. Programs can now travel overseas annually, effective immediately — a major shift for college hoops. Love this for college teams. Foreign tours are all positive. Team bonding. Educational. From @NCAA_PR: "At the recommendation of the Men's and Women's Basketball Oversight Committees, the Cabinet approved a change allowing teams to complete a foreign tour annually, rather than once every four years, and expanded the proposed rule change to apply in all sports. The change is effective immediately."
