I convened and chaired a high-level consultative meeting of the Kisumu County Joint Leadership & Security Consultative Forum, bringing together leaders from the County Executive, County Security Committee, Members of Parliament and Members of the County Assembly. Kisumu remains a leading investment hub and gateway to the Lake Region Economic Bloc. However, recent acts of lawlessness threaten our progress, investor confidence, and community safety. We strongly condemn the recent attacks on private property and investment, particularly the incidents at Fairways Hotel and Java House West End Mall. These are criminal acts that undermine livelihoods and economic stability. We call on the Ministry of Interior and National Administration to act urgently by enhancing intelligence, identifying those responsible and ensuring the swift arrest and prosecution of all perpetrators without fear and favour. The peace, stability and prosperity of Kisumu are non-negotiable. As leaders, we remain fully committed to working with security agencies and all stakeholders to ensure that order is restored and maintained.

As per IEBC numbers so far, luo Nyanza is 12%. The Rift valley is 13%, including the huge Mt Kenya Diaspora there. So Luo Nyanza + Rift Valley = total 25%, In comparison, Mt.kenya is 33% of total Kenyan votes Ukambani is 9% kisi 6% Luhya is 18% Atapitia wapi?

Why is it all of a sudden President Ruto abandoned the ODM faction led by Oburu,Junet, and Wanga, and he's not sponsoring their rallies? President Ruto might have known that Linda Ground has no capacity to mobilise numbers for him and consolidate the Nyanza region to be one. President Ruto has resolved joining fierce mobilisers like Simba Arati to help secure his job. Indeed, things are getting out of hands. President Ruto had so many hopes with Nyanza people, but he feels he's unpopular and can only secure a few votes. He has as well come into terms of never abandoning opposition strong holds and aims at getting even a quarter votes from those places. Edwin Sifuna has shown the capacity to mobilise and neutralise the popularity of the president in Western, Nairobi, and Coast. 2027 will be forever goated in the books of history.
