Hi, @AvantiWestCoast I’m on the 14:36 service to Blackpool north. For future reference I had a reservation for a seat and someone is sleeping on there. Luckily I’ve found another seat in a different coach.

@AvantiWestCoast So, it’s back to normal. 15:02 to Holyhead doesn’t go to Holyhead any more. Doesn’t have a reservation system. Doesn’t have catering. Doesn’t have the other half of the train.

Really awful catering service today from @AvantiWestCoast on the train from Birmingham to Glasgow... really miss Virgin Trains, much better service. Very disappointing.

@AvantiWestCoast Got 1st class ticket, then informed that, due to industrial action, no drinks/food service. Surely I'm now due a refund on the price between a std premium ticket and a 1st class ticket as I'm not getting anything different than a customer paying std premium?
