@SouthernRailUK Thank you, Will. There’s no point asking station staff yet again because they are confused, with them telling your colleague something different from what they told us, which was different again from Southern’s own poster. We’ll try the route you suggest to get clarity.

@SouthernRailUK Please can you clarify what’s needed to get a fob for the secure cycle hub in Brighton? Your poster says only photo ID but tour tkt office staff say passport/driving licence PLUS proof of address.

@SouthernRailUK Thank you for your apology, Liv. It’s disappointing that you are asking us to make the further enquiry when it’s the remit of Customer Services. Please would you feel able to make this enquiry and get clarity for everyone who wants to use Brighton station’s cycle hub?

@BATBrighton I spoke with the station manager this morning who advised me of the above. I am sorry if you are being provided different information or if there has been a miscommunication. I would advise asking speaking with a different member of station staff for further clarification. ^Liv

@SouthernRailUK Hi ^Liv, thanks. Unfortunately your information is completely different from what your ticket office staff tell us, which itself is different from what the hub’s poster says. We know the fob will replace the Keycard next week so please would you be able to check again?

@BATBrighton Good morning, I can confirm that the only ID required is something that shows your full name. This can be your drivers licence, passport or a bank card. You do not require a proof of address. ^Liv

We agree with @LoveHove about @BrightonHoveCC's City Plan 2041: "We would urge a reflection in the plan on the amount of space that should be available to pedestrians and cyclist in the city.... @livingstreets @Sustrans @Bricycles
