This is a HUGE deal 📣!!! Meta is rolling out networking building blocks with version (v65), and it’s as easy as just a drag and drop them into your Unity object hierarchy 🤯. I saw this in action during a demo I had few weeks ago, and it allows you to decide between Unity Netcode for Game Objects or Photon. They also provide support to test networking capabilities right from the Meta XR Simulator which makes it super easy to test with. 📌 There are 2 critical use cases solved by using these components: 👉 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: which allows you to add multiplayer features where players join remotely. 👉 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: which allows players joining within the same space. 💡Additional details about the workflow here: developer.oculus.com/documentation/… #meta #unity

The latest 1.2.3 and 2.0.0-pre versions of #unity PolySpatial packages for #visionOS have been released! Functionality wise the packages are the exact same (one's for LTS and one is for Unity 6). They both include the samples I've been showing off along with this uGUI scene!
