Heads up! A Lake Effect snow band has formed over Addison and western Chittenden Counties. Under the band, expect an additional 1-3 inches of snow to fall. Storm total snow will reach 3-6 inches, especially along the Route 7 corridor in southern Chittenden and Addison Counties

@samdvt Thank you for this feedback. Our primary tool is street design and with Main Street currently under construction; Bank, Cherry, and connecting segments of Pine and St Paul to come soon; as well as St Paul (Main to Maple) finished, we hope to achieve high compliance.

As a downtown resident I’m extremely skeptical that this will result in any improvements Road rage seems to be higher than ever, I haven’t seen someone fully stop at a stop sign in 5 years, & there are noise ordinance violations every night. We don’t seem to enforce traffic laws

@Mike_Selick @crayfishnettle Hi Mike. You can sign up for VT Alert. We were able to text approx 2K potentially affected residents. burlingtonvt.gov/btv-alerts. We also shared this with media sources to help get the word out, as well as social media & website. When small-scale we are able to flyer door to door.
