Il Sì al referendum non ha alcuna incidenza su decisioni come questa: 1) chi fa domanda di asilo non resta detenuto in un CPR (salvo poche eccezioni previste dalla legge), come dispone la normativa Ue 2) l'Alta Corte non potrà sanzionare chi adotta certe decisioni (salvo poche eccezioni, anche in questo caso, previste dalla legge), perché non entra nel merito delle stesse. Quindi, di che parla Meloni?
