One of my "hotter" takes on this subject is every high school could implement this tomorrow, and it wouldn't make a big difference.
99% of 14-18 year olds don't care about money.
They care about dating, friends, making varsity, and getting As & Bs so mom/dad don't yell at them.

@AmeshiaCross A lot of men in the comments still don’t get it. Men tend to literally not take care of themselves. That’s what’s unattractive. They forgo sunscreen and moisturizer, wash their hair with body wash, let themselves go bald, etc etc. Looking good is more than just going to the gym.

This isn't exactly new. Attractive men have been rare for quite some time. Many women overlook it and replace it with a man's financial status or willingness to spend on her or invest in the lifestyle she wants. Money was a placebo for attractiveness until men stopped paying

The biggest regret I have to date is buying rental properties.
Knowing what I know now, I would’ve put that capital straight into the markets or into my primary home.
The numbers just don’t make sense anymore.
All that stress, all that time…for such small monthly returns…or losses.
Not worth it.
