High Point is up to #11 with an 80.4. Obviously they have the edge of almost a complete roster now, and some teams will pass them but STILL, this is going to be top 25 team again in regards to talent. They are becoming the next Gonzaga. It's a fun team, fun story to track.

@theCAThedralBBN @PauliusMurausk @Milan__Nikolic I’ve watched a lot of both Murauskas and Freeman. Paulius wasn’t great vs Gonzaga and in the tournament. But he was spectacular in every other game. Freeman takes some very inefficient shots. He’s talented but forces way too many bad shots. It could be corrected though.

@BBN4_L I’d rather have Paulius Marauskas than Freeman. If we could get Marauskas, then I’m fine with Zoom. If we can’t, then we need Rob Wright and Freeman. Freeman is great. But I really think Marauskas is going to end up being a star next year.

Kentucky is still heavily pursuing Donnie Freeman but Bama has offered more money. Seems like they are overtaking Kentucky for the lead as of now, Louisville has also offered a sum of money.

@BBN4_L Even if you have to overpay a little for Marauskas to get him from his old coach, you do it. He’s a game changer. I truly believe he’s 1 of a few gems in the portal. I love everything about his game.

Kentucky is pursuing Paulius Murauskas as hard as they are pushing for anyone. Arizona State will be tough to beat for him, they have funds, and his old coach, AZ State leads here but Kentucky isn’t far behind. Staff seems to value him more than Freeman.

@KyleTuckerCBB I love Collin and we would all love to have him back. But the truth is….he didn’t deliver when it mattered most. He only scored in double figures 1 time the entire month of March. He played 72 minutes in the 2 tourney games and scored 11 pts total. Including a 1-9 from 3 vs SC

Had a very close relationship with Mark Pope, who had recruited him since he was 15, and Kentucky wanted him back, but has a good offer close to home.
Averaged 9.7 PPG and 2.3 APG on 41% 3P this past season.

I expected Collin Chandler to return but worried when the announcement didn't come with Moreno and Williams.
Now there's another big hole to fill for Kentucky in the portal. Pope needs shooters.

-‘19 : Herro could make a shot
-‘20 : COVID didn’t happen
even getting 1-2 of these VERY attainable wins changes this program in ways that were still feeling today #BBN
