@okx@OKXHelpDesk@wallet@okx_vietnam I am writing to request your assistance regarding account UID: 490867064769273877 and the loss of approximately 1,400 USDT that I deposited into the account.
In 2025, I reached an agreement with Gabriel Baloyi regarding the use of this OKX account. At the time, OKX services were no longer available in my region, Nigeria, and Gabriel agreed that I could operate the account. Following this agreement, I became the primary user of the account, funding it, trading on it regularly, and maintaining its activities. Over time, the account was even approved as an OKX Merchant account while under my operation.
Recently, I deposited more than 1,400 USDT into the account for trading activities. Shortly afterward, Gabriel Baloyi contacted OKX and reported that the account had been hacked. Based on my understanding, he subsequently regained access to the account, leaving me without access to the funds I had deposited.
I respectfully request that OKX investigate this matter thoroughly. I am willing to provide evidence of recent deposits, transaction records, wallet addresses, trading history, and any other information necessary to demonstrate my involvement with and funding of the account. I believe the account history will show that I was actively operating and depositing funds into it for an extended period.
My main concern is the recovery of the approximately 1,400 USDT that originated from me and was deposited into the account shortly before I lost access. I kindly ask the Compliance and Risk teams to review the evidence and advise whether these funds can be recovered or returned to their source.
