I deposited BNB to my OKX account using the correct BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network and the correct deposit address. The transaction was confirmed successfully on BscScan, but the funds still haven't been credited to my account. Customer support couldn't resolve the issue @okx

Hi, thanks for flagging this! It looks like your swapped tokens aren't showing in your wallet balance, but they do appear under your Savings Summary. A few things to try: 1. Refresh the app, or log out and back in (please make sure you've saved your seed phrase/private key beforehand before logging out). 2. Check that your app is updated to the latest version. 3. After that, check again whether the tokens appear in your wallet balance. If the issue still persists after trying these steps, feel free to DM us your wallet address so we can take a closer look.
