@SASairline terrible service. Lost my bag from Bergen to Oslo 5 days ago. Medical equipment, kid winter clothes etc inside. Spent 7 hours at Oslo airport at baggage desk & 10 hours of phone calls. Numbers not working, no one has called me back. Xmas ruined.
