@parcelforce Then I got hung up on when the offices closed at 12:30! Worst customer service I’ve ever come across in my life! Can’t even make a complaint online, has to go through a contact form that takes them 48 hours to respond to!

@parcelforce is an absolute joke. Attempted delivery on 4th of December leaving no calling card or email notification to say failed. I only knew to expect them on the 5th because I looked at my tracking page. I was in all day and no one even attempted delivery! #parcelforce

@parcelforce Very ridiculous service, express 24 not guaranteed on time, and I am all day today at home and received a missed delivery said no one at home? I have camera footages, not even a postman or Parcelforce van showed up, you didn’t even try to deliver and said customer not at home?

@parcelforce No attempt to deliver, no card left, your driver simply didn’t bother and let it bounce back to Coventry of all palaces, no drop off with a neighbour or at local sorting office. 24hour express tracked, no signature required. Big down for wedding stationary. FAIL😡

@parcelforce HELP!! Parcelforce. We had a wedding stationary delivery scheduled after emergency changes, standard tracked for Thursday 6th, your driver didn’t try to deliver or leave at local sorting office just sent them back to Coventry. Wedding is tomorrow!!! What the hell!??
