#اليمن: مرّت سبعة أشهر منذ أن اعتقلت سلطات الأمر الواقع الحوثية المحامي الحقوقي عبد المجيد صبره بسبب ممارسته السلمية لحقه في حرية التعبير. وتجدد منظمة العفو دعوتها للحوثيين للإفراج الفوري وغير المشروط عنه.
يُحتجز عبد المجيد صبره تعسفيًا منذ يوم 25 سبتمبر/أيلول 2025 من مكتبه في صنعاء على يد مجموعة من القوات المسلحة التابعة للحوثيين ورجال مسلحين بملابس مدنية. وقد قدموا مذكرة اعتقال، وقالوا إن سبب اعتقاله هو منشوراته على وسائل التواصل التي أحيا فيها ذكرى ثورة 26 سبتمبر/أيلول.
في ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2025، وُضع صبره في الحبس الانفرادي لأكثر من أسبوعين. وقد بدأ إضرابًا متقطعًا عن الطعام احتجاجًا على معاملته. وبعد سبعة أشهر من اعتقاله، لا يزال محتجزًا تعسفيًا بدون توجيه تهم رسمية له.
يجب على الحوثيين إطلاق سراحه فورًا، هو وجميع أولئك الذين لا يزالون رهن الاحتجاز التعسفي، من بينهم العشرات من موظفي الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع المدني الذين تعرضوا للاعتقال والاحتجاز التعسفي والاختفاء القسري خلال حملات القمع الواسعة في عامي 2024 و2025.
