@TruthBerner34 Last sentence was a troll. And he played well vs Miami that year and they were a top 5 defense. I agree he wet the bed vs Warriors, but tbh he was just missing shots and not necessarily getting clamped. He also had that wrist injury.

@TruthBerner34 Playoff performances is Tatum. He's played well against multiple elite defenses and one of the best ever when facing elimination. He's went through Embiid, KD, Giannis, LUKA, etc

@TruthBerner34 Tatum and Booger's playmaking were about the same. Booger gets edge in scoring but not by alot. Defense gap between him and Booger was significant. Rebounding is whatever, guards aren't meant to get boards.

I don't understand how you come to that conclusion? Tatum coming into that season was clearly better than Booger and had a better regular season.
So the only thing that could affect anything was Booger's playoff run?

Sometimes that can benefit the track race regular season style, especially with a great coach like mazulla. It is a detriment when real basketball begins and you’ll see

Boston being +150 to win the east while the Knicks sit at +600 is a crazy mispricing.
There doesn’t seem to be much hard evidence for Boston being the better team but the groupthink has their odds soaring. Negative Knicks media press is affecting those odds the other way.
