I don’t think most of the chattering class understands quite how damaging floor crossers are to democracy. These floor crossings will change the outcome of the 2025 election and invalidate the democratic decision Canadians made to elect a minority government. This sends the message to voters that their vote doesn’t matter. And when we get to a place where voters feel democracy is illegitimate, we enter a very dark place.

The command center is destroyed, and the leaders are gone. How do you think they communicate the ceasefire? Even CNN couldn't get the letter they published confirmed, or would not take the time. Be honest and not so critical - you are nothing but an observer with a biased opinion.

I feel a deep sadness. So many of us worked very hard to get Trump back in office. We believed he would put America First and no new wars would be started.
What we have seen this term is the opposite of what we voted for, understand it is not MAGA that has changed, it is Trump.
Trump was a vessel to achieve the goal, he has failed the mission and it is time he leave the office.

I think this is wishful thinking. No American ally is subjected to anything even closely resembling the concerted vilification effort that's being unleashed against Israel 24/7, across the entire socio-cultural spectrum.

The thing about Israel/Palestine is that, *even if* you 100% side with Palestine, it's ultimately just a regional conflict, involving a few million people at most. Only the antisemitic imagination, right *and* left, could turn it into the pivot on which all global politics turns.

I’m at a loss for words.

I am deeply grieved for many of his failures in 2.0. However, regarding Iran…it wasn’t a lie it was deception. Iran is not a new war. Had he campaigned on eliminating the 47 year thorn in the world’s side, campaigned on eliminating narco terrorists and freeing oil opps in Venezuela, and campaigned on the possibility of Greenland I would have voiced concern for those agendas but still voted for him with open eyes.
But he lied. He knew he’d go after Venezuelan oil under the guise of Maduro and narcoterrorists, Greenland as an acquisition, and Iran as a ‘not new’ war. That’s manipulation and deception.
I do not regret voting for him a third time since the alternative was not voting. But I regret losing my reputation, my business, my financial security, my family and everything in my life that is important to me except Jesus because I consciously chose to fight for his right to be in office.
I am disappointed in myself for putting my faith in a man. But through prayer and repentance I am redeemed by Jesus’ blood and Trump’s master, the devil, owes me big time. 10-fold to be precise.
