I joke 95% of the time but I for real am sad. Two of my fondest memories of my father who passed when I was 10 were livestock handling with him and watching Walker Texas Ranger.

@DaxterLightning You mean “his handsome and GIGACHAD friend JAK”?
Yeah. Of course I like Jak. He’s sure is a badass guy. 😎

Let's rephrase that!
Do you like Orange Lightning and his not-as-handsome and slightly obese friend Jak?

Many fans continue to hope for a second season, but the truth is the story ended with its creator. Daisuke Satō passed away in 2017 at just 52, due to heart disease.
In time, the series’ editor, Kawanakajima, and illustrator, Shōji Satō, explained why the manga will never be completed. Their decision ultimately comes from a deep respect for the author’s singular voice.
The editor shared:
“Realistically speaking, there is nobody in the world who could inherit Daisuke Satō’s vision… he was the one and only. I’d like overseas fans to understand that nobody else could write it easily.”
The illustrator echoed this sentiment, admitting it “pains his heart” to leave the work unfinished, but continuing without Daisuke Satō would feel wrong. For them, this story began and ended with him. 🕊️

Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren and more are paying tribute to “Walker, Texas, Ranger” star Chuck Norris, who died on Friday at 86.
“I had a great time working with Chuck. He was All American in every way. Great man and my condolences to his wonderful family,” posted Stallone, who directed Norris in “The Expendables 2” after the actor's seven-year hiatus from the screen.
Lundgren added: "Chuck Norris is the champ. Ever since I was a young martial artist and later getting into movies, I always looked up to him as a role model. Someone who had the respect, humility and strength it takes to be a man. We will miss you, my friend."
