This week, I was proud to speak on the House Floor celebrating OSU Wexner Medical Center's new University Hospital. What I saw wasn't just a hospital - it was the future of quality health care in central Ohio. Columbus is stronger and healthier because of this investment. I am proud to celebrate this milestone with our community.
