@belk I just went to your store in Franklin Tennessee. I waited 30 minutes trying to find someone that could help me with a suit. I then went to the next department and asked if anyone could help and they said there was no one in the store that could help me buy a suit.

@belk whatever you do please do not get a CREDIT CARDwith these people. I have been a loyal customer for years.I don’t shop a lot but when I do it is there.They will lower your CC limit without notice for lack of use, lowering your credit score and getting purchases denied. SHADY

We left our cart at the register @belk in Vidalia, Ga. And dropped a bunch of boys swim shorts on the floor. Just now. We walked up to the register and the two women working behind the counter literally ignored my mother saying Hi! And waited for me to ask them if they were working. They told us they were having a "crisis of baby clothes." And then suggested my mother who was there with a broken foot to buy comfortable clothes walk further to buy her shoes?

@belk your website is horrible The consumer does not get the full image of the model showing off the dress - it’s impossible to make an informed decision based on your presentation - fix it

Hey @belk if you think wadding up a $300 taffeta dress, and shoving it in a plastic shipping bag, is quality customer service, you are wrong. It would cost me another $20 just to have it pressed so it’s wearable. Nope. Send me a prepaid return label.

@belk why does the Men’s and Home store in Greenville, NC have 4 different registers but they only always have 1 in use. Lines are wrapped around the store while other employees just stand around

@belk I am very frustrated with the checkout process at your stores. I am badgered to download your app. Then hounded to apply for a belk card. I have to say no 3x! This week I was told he would “get in trouble” if I didn’t provide my email. I just want to pay and leave!!!

I have just called @FedEx "customer service". The foreign person taking my call was NO help, and agreed when I asked "So you're telling me you're useless?" Then I called @belk "customer service", whom I ordered from, and they were no better. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!?!

Placed an order online with @belk for pickup. This is what I picked up a few hours later…Do better @belk! I have been trying to untangle this mess for 30 minutes.
