Hey @belk customer service—- you sent me a coupon for $10 off of each of the 7 items I ordered 30 min ago but when I called about it, they apologized and said they can’t honor it. What kind of customer service is that? YOU sent ME the email with the offer! Honor the $70 off!

@belk I am very frustrated with the checkout process at your stores. I am badgered to download your app. Then hounded to apply for a belk card. I have to say no 3x! This week I was told he would “get in trouble” if I didn’t provide my email. I just want to pay and leave!!!

@belk you know what’s crazy to me. Is you have a sale online for buy one get one and your local store refuses to adjust it. Bad business practices in my opinion. You lose a sale because of not wanting to honor it. Also they said they could but choose not to.
