@belk Will never do business again with Belk as long as they use USPS to deliver their packages. @USPS misdelivers to wrong address and I get abuse when attempting to file a claim. There’s a reason the USPS is bankrupt. They suck.

I don’t know if this is my fault from buying off @belk or @RalphLauren for putting their name on this product, but after one wear, one light cycle cold wash, and hang drying the shirt, this is what I end up with… and I have a lot of RL, but this particular one is terrible.

@belk I purchased something in the store and threw the receipt away. The price dropped almost 52.00 and they won’t help me at all. They need the sku number but no one has it they claim. BUT I return without a receipt occasionally.

@Belk What's going on with your packaging process?? I received my online order and it came in a box with no shoe box or even some sort of protective bag. Just straight shoes and cardboard, held together by a mustard seed of faith.... This is ridiculous.

@belk Your customer service in your Johnson City, TN store is absolutely horrible. Especially when the MOD tells you that price signage wasn’t her problem and she can’t help where customers misplace their signs. Big thanks to Kim the manager on duty for my wife and I leaving.
