The £86m Sovereign Grant is actually a refund, not a bill. It’s a small percentage of the Crown Estate profits (which hit £1.1 billion this year) that the King hands over to the Treasury. Without the monarchy, that 'bill' would actually be a massive hole in the public budget that your taxes would have to fill.

So let’s talk facts. The monarchy costs the taxpayer £86M+ a year (Sovereign Grant). Zero votes. Zero accountability. Zero solutions for your bills, your NHS, or your streets. That’s not populism. That’s a hereditary drain. #AbolishTheMonarchy

Hi Wes, I appreciate the support and display of solidarity. We cannot allow antisemitism or any forms of hate to win, but three very important questions. 1) Were the ambulances not insured? I thought every ambulance had to be to carry a patient. 2) Will this be the same for any private sector or charity sector health provider going forward? 3) Is this coming from the NHS budget or another budget?
