@BenRothBarron @EnoplosGr Damn it, my mother's side is Italian anyway. But you're a fanatical Greek who hasn't understood the philosophy of the great Constantine. And you exposed yourself with your previous post. To have a say in a city that has never been Greek throughout history. Very funny, my friend.

@MarioNawfal The question is whether they can utilise them. The S-300 is an advanced system capable of intercepting fighter jets. Venezuela possessed them but was unable to deploy them (although there are allegations of political betrayal involved).

🇮🇷 Iran built one of the most layered air defense setups out there… looks scary on paper. But the real question isn’t what they have. It’s how well it all works together. Let’s break it down * Russian layer S-400 near Isfahan, can track 80 targets and hit 36 at once up to 400 km. Add S-300 batteries, Tor-M1 for short range, and even older S-200 systems still in use with upgrades. So yeah… mix of new and old. * Chinese layer HQ-9B added recently to fill gaps after earlier losses. HQ-7 for shorter range. And some Iranian missiles are basically Chinese designs reworked locally. * Iran’s own systems Bavar-373 (~300 km), Arman for ballistic threats, and strong mid-range systems like 3rd Khordad, the one that downed a U.S. drone in 2019. Then a full layer of short-range and anti-drone systems on top. So on paper… it’s stacked. Russian, Chinese, old U.S., and local systems all together. But here’s the catch… They’re not fully connected. No smooth, real-time coordination between radars, command, and launch systems. That means slower reactions, coverage gaps, and more predictable defenses. Bottom line… they’ve got the missiles. But modern air war isn’t about just having weapons. It’s about the network. And that’s where things still fall short. Source: Defense Express, 19FortyFive, Defense Mirror

🚨 With the Strait of Hormuz choked, this turns into a supply shock and not just a price spike ~20% of global oil flows through that narrow strip, so whoever depends on Gulf barrels suddenly discovers how fast “strategic reserves” turn into a countdown clock. 🇺🇸 United States ~19 mb/d mostly domestic. Still exposed to price shocks because oil is a global market, but physically insulated compared to everyone else. It hurts at the pump, not in the supply chain. 🇨🇳 China ~16 mb/d with heavy Gulf exposure. Not helpless, but rerouting isn’t instant and demand is massive. 🇮🇳 India ~5.6 mb/d with limited reserves. This is where “crisis mode” stops being dramatic and starts being policy. 🇯🇵 Japan and 🇰🇷 South Korea have stockpiles, but no domestic production. The clock is real here. 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia can bypass some volume via pipelines, but nowhere near Hormuz scale. 🇷🇺 Russia stays awkwardly comfortable, sanctioned but largely self-fed. 🇩🇪 Germany isn’t running out tomorrow, but high prices hit industry first, which is its entire personality. The question who consumes the most though is strategically incomplete. Consumption matters less than dependency in a chokepoint crisis, and right now the chokepoint decides who sweats. @jackprandelli, @TankerTrackers

@BenRothBarron @EnoplosGr When did it become Greek? Or are you not Greeks but Roman citizens? Of course, the city of Constantinople will be in the hands of us Turks, because we are Muslim Romans. Even Greek historians cannot deny this. Greetings from the sacred Eastern Roman lands, Neighbor 😙
