Update on my real estate journey 👇 I’ve put 2 offers on single family properties and both didn’t get accepted. But… I found a multi family property that I love. It’s bigger than I wanted to start with, but screw it. It’s listed at 1.2 million, I’m doing a little more research then plan on offering 1 million. My path right now is make money trading and throw it all into real estate. Just how I documented my trading journey I will be documenting my real estate journey.
