Nah it doesn’t work all the time. Just on a very good streak right now. If it worked all the time I would just not bother trading anything else. It’s just like any strategy it will be affected by different market conditions. Big thing for me is to try to avoid it on the days market is very slow at the open. But I force the trade anyway.

@KrysAlpine You might just be an ORB specialist because almost never loose & it’s incredible lol. I’ve been testing out a different variation of it & it doesn’t work all the time . I’ll keep making small adjustments & keep trying

Actually a tough day mentally. Glad I walked early and came back in afternoon. $3500 pending from apex. Hopefully another $2000 from Phidias tomorrow and more from apex should be coming up. Only opening drive tomorrow and then golf.

Lol really don’t care what some trolls want to believe. But here is an example of my orb and how I am done in 4 seconds into the market open. Usually it’s first 30 seconds but today we had a nice flush. I’ve tweaked and adopted the strategy many times to market conditions and to Prop firm rule changes over the last 2.5 years of doing it.

@KrysAlpine The dude goes where he hopes momentum is. I've seen him jump wanting to go long and short within seconds. If he loses, he has a hard time not tilting because his extremely negative RR.

@KrysAlpine Tradeify had 7 before they went down to 5. Most traders dont have max accounts. And those who have max accounts also tend to take max payouts. So you can see how thats bigger cost for firms.

I think there is an opportunity for a major prop firm to come with a plan for like 7-8 funded accounts at once. Everyone is stuck at 5 for the most part

@iammr001 The regular orb yes. This is my orb. My own strategy. Opening range meaning the ATR. Average true range expansion at 9:30 market open.

@cantucapital It’s either direction of the intuits move if it continues or if it rejects hard I go the opposite way.

Thankful for my ORB trade. It’s my bread and butter and will continue to be for a very long time. Majority of my profits are made in first minute of the NY open on $NQ. Everything else has been brutal this week. Hope you guys had a good week.
