Beth Hibbert represented the respondent father in an application by the mother to vary a child arrangements order. The court dismissed the mother’s application and made a barring order against her. The court awarded the father 100% of his costs, 65% to be paid by the mother and 35% to be paid by her solicitors under a wasted costs order. 1gc.com/published-case…
