Facebook can be set to auto update your "status" with your Twitter posts. But if you @ someone at the beginning of the tweet...

...it will not auto update FB. Sometimes you don't want to update FB with your next tweet, but you're also not responding to a tweet...

...so @1gc was born. @1gc at beginning of tweet you don't want updating facebook. Example tweet to follow...
