Time to blast off about the Pirates since it is the only sports team that I am a fan of. 1. I think Triolo is a fine reserve but playing him every day hitting 5th is a complete joke and embarrassment. Anyone who follows the Pirates can see that, why can't Don Kelly and management see it? Fuck the x-tra year of service and bring Conner Griffen up now before the team is in a hole they can't get out of. 2. Signing Ozuna and not bringing McCutchen back is just pure GM malpractice. Cutch still swung a good bat last season, is cheap and is a monumental fan favorite, not to mention the fact that he wanted to come back. 3. The O'Neil Cruz issue is a problem with no clear solution. He is one of the most talented players in the league but has a bottom end baseball IQ and lacks hustle and focus. You could probably trade him and get a good return right now. That's probably what I would do since I don't ever see him reaching his potential. Hope I'm wrong. It's clear the team is leaps and bounds better than last year. The pitching looks very good and the Lowe and O'Hearn signings were outstanding. Henry Davis looks like he is ready to be a solid catcher. Maybe for once, Nutting and Cherington will get their heads out of their asses and give our Buccos the best chance of winning. @pittsburghpirates @BuccoSharkTank @gbrowniepoints

DK, Fanduel MGM and all the others that advertise during sporting events, are no better than drug peddlers. They are ruining lives at alarming rates. Gambling sites need to be federally banned from TV just like cigarettes are. One of the biggest problems in this country and it will only get worse. Sonny Styles the hard hitting LB/SS from Ohio St is a perfect fit for the Steelers. No way he's there when they draft. I Think they should trade up and give up reasonable draft equity to get him. The defense is already going to be elite, especially with the Massive upgrade at defensive coordinater. HERE WE GO!!

Raiders are the big winners in FA so far: - Lindenbaum is one of the best centers in the league and it was a great overpay with rookie Mendoza coming in at QB. -Edge Nakobe Dean,LB Quay Walker, CB Tarron Johnson and DE Paye are all very upgraded immediate starters. -Nailor from the Vikings is a mid-range #2 and a high end #3 WR that will start the upgrade to the weakest WR group in the league. When Mendoza gets drafted, they will have added 7 very upgraded starters, and its only day 2 of free agency!!

Thoughts on Super Bowl and diving into next season 1. The best team surely won. The coaching for Seattle just blew me away. McDonald is Elite, he will never beat himself. 2. Really happy for slinging Sammy Darnold. Guy is a gamer that never quit. 3. I had the under for the game and 1st half. I didn't send it out because I had ridiculous numbers that I played right when the line came out. It definitely could have lost at the end. 4. I did not bet any props but the ones I considered did very well. Myers over 1.5 fg, Drake maye turnovers and interceptions over, Pats under 20.5 and 1 loser Seattle under 25. Next year I will act on them. 5. The Patriots ended up being the paper tiger that the public thought due to one of the easiest schedules and paths to the Super bowl ever, and a young QB. 6. The cheap shot that Jobe gave Diggs on the sidelines, would have been grounds for him never going back in the game if I were coach. He is either a thug or a complete idiot. How the refs missed that is beyond me, but Vrabel went ballistic and rightly so. 7. Patriots left tackle Will Campbell looks like he will have to move to guard or end up being a bust. 8. Thought the commercials were better than years past. Especially loved the 90s sitcom actors-George Costanza in particular. 9. We are kicking around ideas for a better podcast format and are looking forward to another season in 2026. We have some ideas on how to get all of my plays to people as I play them, but we are just in talking stages about it RN. 10. After hitting 60% in the initial first year, the last 2 seasons on the podcast have only been 50%. Still I hope the information we provided helped and we look forward to the 2026 season. Our next podcast will be sometime after the draft and I will send opinions on free agency and team moves from time to time. TTYS
