@btcjvs MSTR cost basis is around $75k? If bottom is in, market is not testing that. I think market already knows nothing will happen.

I believe the market will take either MSTR (enterprise value) below 1x or MSTR stock below its Bitcoin cost basis. Once MSTR proves to the market AGAIN that nothing happens—the first put date for the convertible note is 18 months away—both Bitcoin and MSTR will rally hard. Even though I believe the bottom is in, the market will feel max pain in one of those two scenarios.

All I’m saying is every single time I’ve ever locked into a time duration option I’ve been fucked. The market does weird things and it’s very difficult to predict on any time frame. In nearly all instances, the direction was correct but timing was off. And that’s a bad situation to be in. Buy the underlying and be patient.

For the 1st time under Poch (not against CONCACAF) the @USMNT looked in control, confident of what they wanted to do. It is also no coincidence that for awhile now @stuholden and others (me) have said that 3 CB with 2 🐶 in the MF will help the team balance. The wingbacks as well will thrive. Hear me out— If a large contingent expects the stock to rise on inclusion, then by symmetry, the probability of a decline on exclusion is non-trivial. My informal 50/50 poll supports this; even a 30/70 split still represents meaningful skew imo if the odd is closer to 0/100. So if you anticipate non-inclusion but remain bullish on the stock, there’s optionality in waiting for the event itself to identify a potential technical low determined by the marginal trading balance from those selling into the panic vs short-covering that occurs around the announcement. And if there’s enough people thinking like me out there (and that’s a big if)…well you just never know!
