Just get rid of the TSA already. Everyone hates them, they don't stop crimes, they invade privacy in a major way, and they are obviously a giant liability to what should otherwise be free travel. The motorcycle rider has a right to travel on any road in the USA without a DL , endorsement, or insurance. This deputy thinks the “ law of Arizona” should override this guys rights. The Constitution Guarantees the right to travel freely as long as you are not harming or trespassing against others. That truth being said the guy should not have been arrested since there were no victims. Crimes REQUIRE a victim. In reality the officer is enforcing corporation policies not Constitutional law which he swore an oath to uphold. Statutes that are not in line with the Constitution are Null and Void. Arresting this man is now a violation of Title 18 USC sections 241-242 and Title 42-1983 along with an Emoluments violation directly connected to money charged. good thread, but here's my take: I would FAR rather pay $20k to have a Tesla robot that can cook and clean than have some weird stranger in my house. I would pay $40k to not let weird strangers in my house. "Yeah but you get to know them" But I don't WANT to.
