@BowflexSupport hi. I have a membership for JRNY that was free with a Schwinn bike I bought last year. I am trying to cancel the membership but it says it’s an apple subscription but when I view my apple subscriptions it’s not there. Please can you advise how to cancel.

@BowflexSupport why does the JRNY app and the display on the bike not match in terms of distance? Bike is in KM, App in Miles which is okay. When you take the two values and convert, they are drastically different. (App seems very off)

Upon trying to cancel a gift order, Chris from @BowflexSupport Canada hung up on me since I wasn't the payer. They must be making a killing with the inflation on home gym equipment, professionalism isn't even a necessity anymore. 😅 @NautilusEquip #fitness #customerexperience
