@Bowflex Do y'all not want to sell your equipment? I got an email saying to call you over an issue with my order. I called and you wanted a lot of info. I provided most but couldn't provide the exact equipment. That wasn't good enough. Needless to say it wasted my time. I will be canceling my order when I get home.

@Bowflex what is the status of your recall? The last communication I received was July 1st. Is this expected and why is it taking so long? From the looks of your email to me, you still haven’t even verified the claim because I haven’t received a return box for the dumbbells

@BowflexSupport if I give you a serial number for a machine that was purchased directly through, will you tell me who originally purchased the machine? I'm trying to purchase something and the seller told me to call you with the serial number to confirm who bought it originally.

Ordered treadmill from @Bowflex but the shipping company they use, EFW, is saying it is in California and my state. What?! They’re online delivery scheduler is saying unable to schedule delivery and no one is answering calls, chat or email and #Bowflex isn’t helping.
