I say this with all truthfulness. If he’s not the best he’s top 3 in the state at coaching the offensive line. Made my job a whole lot easier calling plays having a former All SEC & All American Offensive lineman as your offensive line coach. Blessed to have this fella‼️

@BrickyardRaider They do it best. Half the starters are recruits. More resources=better players=better team. Smaller schools try but get maybe 2 a year.

As much as I hate the way JA recruited this year and every year, kudos to those kids and coaches for going out and dominating an elite program in MRA last night.

@JaniceStev68400 Much appreciate the compliment and was asking an honest question. And, I don’t think recruiting is limited to only the Jackson schools.

@BrickyardRaider Take a compliment. Every Jackson school recruits hard. Not an evil thing. I wish my Raiders could do it but we don’t have the schools in the area or the resources.

Hartfield could likely host when they went 0-3 against the other Big 3 in the metro. Also, JA got put in a somewhat softer district that’s not winning many games other than MHS

Playoff Picture Feel good that 4A D1 will be 1 MRA 2 Hart 3 Prep 4 JA 4A D2 is messy. We "think" Starkville and OFA are in now with the 6 seed being between Copiah and Lamar. Parklane will be D2 #1 with either Mag or Heritage as #2. The 3 left out are MSJ, Bayou and ERA

@MAISfanGuy Don’t disagree at all. Honestly, unless we’re talking being the #1 seed, I don’t really care. This year you’ve got to play MRA either way to win the blue trophy. I just assume do it in the semis. But, the Raiders do need to be more assertive in controlling their own schedule.

@BrickyardRaider It is bad. I will say tho & this will ruffle some but JA has nobody but themselves to blame. They knew they’d be under PP but decided it’d be okay to play G St Jo which as a 2A would kill their PP average. They supposedly were the only 6A to have 0 mutually consented games.
