The B45t4rds left me with no choice but to get a new bolier and i had to pay for everything. Out of pocket by £3,000.

Two engineers have been around since last post. Told that parts no longer available. Told have to get a new one.

Rav did call back within 45 mins told me that parts are being sourced and senior engineer will be out tomorrow. Fingers crossed. #BritishGas

@Major_Grooves Hope you it doesnt get as bad as our situation. They have told me they now can't get the parts. They said to buy a new one.

Been put through to their customer relations department a manager call Rav has promised to call back in 45 mins with a resolution.

after waiting 20 mins i have been told by one of the call centre people that they cant get the part for our boiler

Been waiting for someone to call me back the only people that call from British Gas are sales people. We have a family with 3 children!

Over two weeks without hotwater and central heating. Have been paying for British Gas Homecare for 3 years.
