@TrigTree @BritishGas I echo that. Over 3 weeks now I’ve been fighting. Rejection on 4 occasions to move to another supplier. Waited 72hours to speak to management. Told today have to wait another 24h absolutely disgusting by British Gas.

@BritishGas There are scammers calling from the number below, saying they're calling from British Gas to discuss switching. Clearly trying a scam as I asked a simple question & they hung up. If u call that #, they answer immediately & say 'British Gas'. You're never that quick 😁

@BritishGas a question. I have an EV tariff which is @30p peak and about 10p off peak. But the standing charge is much higher @ 51p. Why is the SC so much higher than for a similar non-EV tariff. Explain the economics please. @ofgem why do allow them this sleight of hand!
