@TrigTree @BritishGas I echo that. Over 3 weeks now I’ve been fighting. Rejection on 4 occasions to move to another supplier. Waited 72hours to speak to management. Told today have to wait another 24h absolutely disgusting by British Gas.

@BritishGas I’m absolutely disgusted with the amount of times I’ve tried to switch to another provider. You have rejected my request over 4 times. My term expires with yourselves on the 31st of this month. It looks like a very good plan to stop the move so I have to stop!

@BritishGas There are scammers calling from the number below, saying they're calling from British Gas to discuss switching. Clearly trying a scam as I asked a simple question & they hung up. If u call that #, they answer immediately & say 'British Gas'. You're never that quick 😁

Fixed Rate with @BritishGas @BritishGasHelp and they decided to up it from £104 to £160 a month with no notice. Looks like I'm going to have a battle on my hands. Ombudsman here I come!

@BritishGas been putting off getting a smart meter due to mental health issues and anxiety of the person coming, agreed yesterday to fitting, since then the central heating has stopped working. Should have never agreed.

@BritishGas a question. I have an EV tariff which is @30p peak and about 10p off peak. But the standing charge is much higher @ 51p. Why is the SC so much higher than for a similar non-EV tariff. Explain the economics please. @ofgem why do allow them this sleight of hand!

@BritishGas what a waste of our time! We have not been supplied by British gas even though we opening an account and done the switch with them! But had a massive bill from e.on which we paid! Then they admitted they screwed up and never supplied us yet just revieve bill from bg
