@BritishGas I’ve wasted hours today talking to your call centre in South Africa who are utterly useless. They are unable to answer simple questions about the installation of a smart meter. Upshot is that I will move to another supplier.

Today I had people from @BritishGas knocking on my door to see if I would change to them or change tariffs for a better deal. I told them I am already with British Gas and there is no way they could better my current monthly use. I told the guy we use around £70-£80 a month on electricity, and around £40 a month on Gas. The BG guy said that is impossible on a 3-bed house, so I showed him my statement. He didn't have much to say after that.
