Lee Anderson today said @GoodwinMJ was a local candidate in the Gorton and Denton campaign. He lives in London. Goodwin grew up St Albans and lived in Salford for 3 years at Uni. That’s the closest he’s ever been to Gorton or Denton. He then lived in Canada and did his PhD in Bath - he spent as much time there as Salford. What a fake.

If Reform is a genuinely democratic force confident of popular backing, why don’t Jenrick, Kruger etc seek the consent of voters in by-elections? Farage once saw this as a point of democratic principle. So what’s changed?

🚨 Now trending 🚨 A video from 6 years ago is resurfacing where Nigel Farage was accused, during his time as an MEP, of failing to declare over £500,000 in financial support. At the time, the Advisory Committee on the Conduct of MEPs reportedly advised the matter be referred to the European Anti-Fraud Office, the NCA, the Electoral Commission, and the Met Police. First time? A mistake. Second time? A habit. Sorry — I can’t give my vote to someone with this kind of track record.
