Historic. That's the only word for it. Wigan has been Labour since 1918; the council run by Labour since its creation. Reform won 24 of the 25 seats up there. There were likewise HUGE Reform gains in: Sunderland, Halton, St Helens, Hull, Hartlepool, Tameside, Sheffield, Barnsley, Grimsby, and Gateshead. The Red Wall has collapsed. Nigel Farage has built a Teal Wall in its stead. Countless towns that have been Labour since WW1 are now Reform. But what makes today truly historic is that everywhere else was equally seismic. In the Conservative heartlands? Reform won 53 of the 73 seats up in Essex. Over half the seats in Suffolk. And gained 38 seats in Norfolk. In Middle England? There were massive Reform gains in Tamworth, Thurrock, Newcastle under Lyme, Cannock Chase, Havering, and Lincolnshire. And strong results in Birmingham, Southampton, Portsmouth, Peterborough, Redditch, and Gosport. And, of course, a sensational result in Wales. Reform, the official opposition. Labour, relegated to minor party status. What would Nye Bevan make of that? What does Neil Kinnock? And a strong showing in Scotland too. Why has all this happened?

Quite simply, a majority across Britain have had enough. Of Starmer and Labour. But also of the state of Britain. Of the open borders, stagnant wages, dilapidated high streets, and broken public services. The majority has had enough of the weak leadership we’ve had over the last few decades.

When he returned nearly two years ago, Nigel Farage raised the standard. He declared the need for real change. And today, just like last year, millions right across Britain rallied to him. In the Welsh Valleys and in Lothian. In Lancashire and Nottinghamshire. Across Yorkshire and the Midlands; the East and South East.

What happens now? Get Starmer Out; the slogan will become the reality. Already, senior Labour MPs are publicly demanding he commits to quitting. And then a Labour leadership contest, where all the candidates will compete over who can do the best Zack Polanski impression. Starmer has been the worst PM of my lifetime, but what comes next could be even worse. Today’s results give me hope. A Britain-wide majority for change is emerging and has rallied behind Reform. But I am scared of what Labour & Polanski might inflict on us next. And that's why we mustn't let up for a second. Back Reform. Save Britain. 🇬🇧

@MajorGowen_ No. I was the first MP to raise it in parliament. Other Reform MPs have done so elsewhere.

@RobertJenrick It's interesting that you & Reform only started speaking about this after Elon Musk started posting about it.

Following my question in Parliament, I’ve written to the Home Secretary seeking an investigation into Hampshire Police’s conduct at the scene of the death of Henry Nowak. And that once the trial is concluded, the police release their bodycam footage for complete transparency.

People have asked what Reform’s no tax on overtime means for the Armed Forces Reserves. You won’t pay *any tax* on time served in the Reserves, where it’s on top of a full time day job. This will be a huge boost to recruitment. Thank you to those serving in the Reserves 🇬🇧

It’s really very simple: In their deeds, even if not always in their words, every other party is for shirkers. Reform is for workers.

At the end of the trial, the judge praised how the two convicted rapists had conducted themselves: ‘You have done very well…’ He then let them off with a ‘rehabilitation order’. It was a disgrace. It wasn’t justice for the victims and their families. If you rape girls, brandish a knife, film it for sport - premeditated - you should go to prison. For a very long time. What message does this send to rapists? This insulting lenient ‘sentence’ must be overturned. The suitability of the judge who made this perverse decision must be reviewed by the Lady Chief Justice. It shows the rot that’s set in our criminal justice system. The Justice Secretary’s plan to create a softer route through the criminal justice system for those under 25 is mistaken. It will only encourage more of this. And David Lammy proposes raising the age of criminal responsibility to 14. That would have meant, for example, the killers of Jamie Bulger escaping prison altogether. No. Those who commit the most despicable - evil - crimes must go to jail. For punishment. For public protection. For justice. It’s as simple as that.

Under Reform, hard work will be rewarded. No tax on overtime. You keep the extra money you earn. Not Rachel Reeves. Simple.

The Times have just released a new poll for the Makerfield by-election by Survation. Robert Kenyon is the only candidate who can stop Andy Burnham. This is a two horse race - nobody else comes close.

Reform is the *only* party whose mayors have all promised never to introduce Reeves’s Holiday Tax. Families deserve to be able to have a break and have some fun.

I hope your start to the financial year is going better than Britain’s under Labour. £24.3 billion — the second highest borrowing for an April on record. £10.3 billion — the most spent on debt interest in an April, ever! £1 in £10 the state spends going on debt interest.

We have a spiralling benefits bill. A record tax burden. Youth unemployment is the highest level in a decade. Nothing the Chancellor announced will begin to fix that.

So much for her ‘summer savings’… Rachel Reeves is plotting to hike taxes on family holidays. She gives people crumbs now, whilst secretly preparing to fleece them royally tomorrow.
