faceless yt space has been super quiet these days so thought id share a few wins december was a terrible month, went down to 0 with no channels, nothing went back to the drawing board and as i had no intention of getting back to ai stories, i thought id put more effort into things that i know are my strengths - ideation and strategy and couple months later, now i have a channel that has a pretty decent realtime floor of $100-150/day even without any new uploads even reached 10k/mo for the first time with 2 channels

been in the trenches for the past 2 months after losing >70% of my revenue from demonetizations in jan/feb decided to pivot strategy and enter a brand new format in completely different niches than what i've been doing since Q3 last year spent the first weeks of February building the tools for it and launched around 15 channels over the month fast forward to now, monetized a bunch of them in the past 2 weeks and printing again three things i want to share that helped me bounce back quick: - learned to use claude code. one of the highest ROI thing you can do rn, learn the basics and the use cases will come. i'll post some sauce soon on how i use it to launch channels - learning from my mistakes - sounds obvious but after getting hit by demonetizations, i didn't just go blindly for the same format or niche, i took some time to spot the new opportunities on the market, built a quality product for them then went all in with volume. can't remember who said this first, but with most YTA channels, quality is a one-time moat - it takes roughly the same effort to produce 100 videos at 5/10 quality as it does to produce 100 at 9/10, so make sure you're doing the latter - if you're actually building channels (and not selling a course, we've got enough of those) post about it on X. the space is quiet rn and it's a great time to make a name for yourself. this account has opened doors for me that i wouldn't have known even existed otherwise and is part of the reason i was able to get back on my feet quick

took 20 minutes in total started by inputting a script - then it generated all the scenes for me - then it turned those scenes into image prompts hyper-specific to my video - then it generated all the images for me - then it converted all those images into animation prompts - then i generated all of them with sfx - then i used the unlimited elevenlabs voice generator and finally stitched it all up in Capcut to make this video ai is life-changing

January almost broke me. Terminations. -40% rev. Everything falling apart. But I used that month to fix my entire workflow. Now? 2h long AI movies in 5 minutes. Scaling Veo 3 channels like they're simple image videos. This year I'm taking over. This cursed 6 figures month will finally be consistent. Every time I hit it something goes wrong💀 Time to conquer 3D niches, animations niches, AI movies.

Useless advice from gurus: "don't change the name of your aged channel until you get views" I don't know who started this (I did it too), but then I tried changing the name at beg and guess what... I got more views and more subs lol Lesson: don't believe everything you hear!
