@borjitaea @fyreinteractive This actually really depends on the tax laws over there. A paid off house can be an asset you have to pay taxes on, while a debt in the form of a mortgage would prevent that.

I seriously need to reconsider Toolfolio's prices we're currently guaranteeing $0.5-1 CPC and $5CPM Many times ours CPC even fell to $0.15 in many cases Our CPC guarantee is based on previous sponsor's results in other words, in the last 2ish years of Toolfolio's life people would pay $300/m (v2 pricing) and get anywhere between 600 - 2500 clicks in a month depending on traffic surges, tool category and packaging of the listing this got us many repeating sponsors, multiple companies became repeaters and some even came back up to 9 times and btw I have never posted about sponsorships, talked about them, or anything in between i wanted it to be organic and not because i talked about it on my X but maybe i should reconsider that along with my prices
