I hope karma catches up soon enough to all the "tech youtubers" of India that blatantly recommend shitty #Samsung phones in their #Amazon & #Flipkart sale videos despite them having worst cases of green/pink line issues. The hard earned money being wasted cause they're greedy.

Well deserved. Love it when folks sucking upto corporations get a taste of what a normal consumer faces on daily basis. Imagine the plight of someone with a 50k+ phone in perfect condition with green lines on screen caused by poor QC of Samsung which you lot never talk about.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare What's the point of paying for an International Roaming pack if I can't even receive a SINGLE SMS in Taipei? I specifically bought the roaming pack with 50 SMS, calls, and data included. Yet: - No incoming SMS - No outgoing calls - Can't access bank accounts - Can't receive OTPs - Can't transfer salaries - Can't pay bills And despite spending hours with Jio chat support, there's been absolutely ZERO resolution. Imagine being stranded abroad with your financial accounts locked because your telecom provider can't deliver basic SMS services. Thanks for making a paid service completely useless when I need it the most.

@Bulbasaur_07 Many Motorola phones faced the issue, while Motorola does not procure display from Samsung. Yes, Samsung mamufactured displays were the worst affected, does not mean others had no such issues

@DARKNEBULAGAMI2 Bhai ek toh software issues hote hai bande ko pata rehta hai ki ui bekar hoga ya thermals acche nhi hai. Sahi chalte hue phones mein lines aa ja rahi and ye log bol bhi nahi rahe kuch. Oneplus toh fir bhi free repair de raha baaki sab ke bure haal hai.

@NimishAndAkriti I don't know the details in this AI+ matter but the point you've made can be valid. There were countless complaints about how faulty display panels by Samsung were responsible for green lines across brands. But this guy never picked that up bcz of sponsorships involved.

Sad indeed. The whole process started around 2014-15 when certain brands "signed up" a number of reviewers and influencers to criticise and make negative remarks about others. Today it has picked up so much momentum that it is a proper revenue stream for many "reviewers and writers" (we are sorry, but they deserve the quotation marks). Bashing someone online is now a profession, and this is the sad result!

It's Shameful For the whole Tech Industry - A Negative PR against a tech creator ! I never thought I’d see the day when money would be spent not on improving a product but on trying to damage a creator’s reputation. They tried multiple ways to get promotional coverage from me. I declined because I had trust concerns & many people already know that. I simply did my job honestly & shared what I found. If the brand disagreed, that’s their choice. But now I am seeing coordinated attempts to push a false narrative around Gyan Therapy along with multiple posts targeting me personally. Honestly I have one question ? What exactly do you gain from this? People know me because of my work, not because of any manufactured narrative. Reputation built over years cannot be erased by a few sponsored attacks. What disappoints me the most is seeing personal attacks extend beyond me and even include my family. That is a line that should never be crossed. If someone believes this pressure, negativity or character assassination will make me stop speaking honestly - they are mistaken. I have always tried to do my work with integrity and I will continue to do so.

They have made zero videos calling out Samsung till date for faulty display panels with poor QC nor ever liked and tweet complaining about that and yet people rave about them as some modern day coming of Jesus.

But most don't have the resources and these people (youtubers) can't be bothered to even retweet any complaints for quick resolution.

@SambhavBarik3 I use my phones for 4-5 years to avoid e waste so I don't know the exact market situation other than the fact that phones are overpriced. But as I said if the brands can be forced to provide free repair like oneplus does, why are we not pushing for it instead of slogging in court

@Bulbasaur_07 You see it it was 3 months prior I would have agreed on that but now in the offline market for 5g phone samsung's specs to price is very good even if you buy the charger seperately because oppo/realme 4+64 gb is 17k where samsung with 4+128is 15500, 16k with charger

@DarkSomdeep12 Because Samsung is the manufacturer of displays. The displays have a QC issue because of which under heat the connections are fried and we get those lines. That's why some people believe updates cause it but in reality that just generates heat. The YT guys never explained that
