Considering the specs of Nord 6 and other competitor devices and how aggressively iQOO is competing with OnePlus (the change in name to 15R says a lot)... It won't be exactly same as the Z11 in China but it'll share some similar specs... Maybe with a slightly downgraded SoC & better camera

Can confirm that, as of now, there are no concrete plans to bring the Chinese iQOO Z11 to India. That phone will not be launching here. Indian Z11 & Z11 Power will be completely different phones which are set to launch in the coming months....
