When your whole team is operating from the same weekly framework.
They’ll naturally start collaborating with each other.
Creators working in similar niches cross reference each other.
They share what’s working and push each other without you facilitating any of it.
The hiring side follows the same logic.
A smaller team that understands the product, with the combination of buying into the system…
Will ALWAYS outperform a larger team that is just executing briefs.
And if someone is not performing after real investment
Let them go quickly.
