I'm 24. I work 9-5. As I approach 30, I don't want to end up being a normie stuck in a 9-to-5 job. That's why every evening and weekend, I'm building my SaaS and personal brand. The goal is dead simple: grow my SaaS to $1k MRR while working 9-5 and document every single step.

AI can now do full viral research on X for you. 🤯 If you're serious about growing on X, SAVE this. I just found a free open-source Claude Code skill that researches what's actually going viral in your niche right now. Works inside Claude Code or your OpenClaw session. Here's how to set it up: 1️⃣ Open Claude Code or OpenClaw and paste this: github.com/rohunvora/x-re… Tell it to install the skill. 2️⃣ Go to developer.twitter.com Sign up for the X Developer program and buy $5 worth of API credits. 3️⃣ Come back to your session, paste your X API token and say: "Research what's going viral in [your niche] right now" In 30 seconds you get a full list of viral posts, hooks, and formats performing best this week. No more scrolling X for hours. No need to pay for expensive tools. And if you are a true builder, you can also setup a daily cron and receive viral research analysis every morning to your Telegram.

My flight got cancelled. So I stayed in Bali and coded another startup from the villa. It started as analytics for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Then I kept building. And now it's turning into something WAY BIGGER 👀 Can't say too much yet. But if you are serious about growing with short-form content, you wanna see this.

@andrewzacker Bigger than multi-platform analytics? How you decided to shift? Did you talk with possible users?

My strategy is and has been the same for the last 10+ years Don't spend, but save up everything, invest it, and try live off the 4% returns 4% is the "safe withdrawal rate", this is the percentage of your investment portfolio you can withdraw each year without running out of money over a given time horizon, as in your balance stays the same even after inflation I have many friends who spend most of their money on expensive purchases of things tha depreciate in value (and I too have a Tesla Y that does that 😂) but if you do that you'll never get to any state of FIRE (retire early) where you can live off of your investments Many people in FIRE have relatively humble goals: $600K means $2,000/mo from your investments to live off forever, multiply that and $6M means $20,000/mo forever There's obviously caveats: do investments like ETFs keep returning forever or not, nobody knows. Diversifying your investments into other things like commodities (gold), real estate, and some angel investing also can work! The point is to spend less, invest more and then spend from what you take out of your investments
@levelsio@levelsio

So Daniel Radcliffe aka Harry Potter instead of spending his money, actually invested his money And now he makes $660,000/mo just from investment returns (probably ETFs) Essentially a perfect FIRE (financial independence retire early) story Great work 10/10 👏

@tdinh_me I’ve been shipping from coffee shops for years. But recently I started wondering, won’t renting an office and do 8 hours of deep work on your startup be more efficient and productive than moving between coffee shops.

@Hartdrawss Most indie devs WISH someone to care about their app that much, to spend time to try to hack it

20 things that make your VIBE CODED app a SINKING SHIP : 1/ no rate limiting on API routes > anyone can spam your backend into a $500 bill overnight 2/ auth tokens stored in localStorage > one XSS attack = every single user account compromised 3/ no input sanitisation on forms > SQL injection still works in 2026. your AI didnt tell you that. 4/ hardcoded API keys in the frontend > someone WILL find them within 48 hours of launch 5/ stripe webhooks with no signature verification > anyone can fake a successful payment event 6/ no database indexing on queried fields > works fine at 100 users. completely dies at 1,000. 7/ no error boundaries in the UI > one crash = white screen = user never comes back 8/ sessions that never expire > stolen token = permanent access to that account. forever. 9/ no pagination on database queries > one fetch loads your entire database into memory 10/ password reset links that dont expire > old email in someones inbox = instant account takeover 11/ no environment variable validation at startup > app silently breaks in production with zero error message 12/ images uploaded directly to your server > no CDN = 8 second load times + massive hosting bill 13/ no CORS policy > any website on the internet can make requests to your API 14/ emails sent synchronously in request handlers > one slow SMTP server = your entire app hangs 15/ no database connection pooling > first traffic spike = database crashes 16/ admin routes with no role checks > any logged in user can access your admin panel 17/ no health check endpoint > your app goes down silently. you find out from a client. 18/ no logging in production > when something breaks you have zero idea where or why 19/ no backup strategy on your database > one bad migration = all your user data. gone. 20/ no TypeScript on AI generated code > AI writes confident, wrong, untyped code and you ship it anyway

If you want to win in the next 6 months as a solo founder, you need a huge shift. Stop what you're doing, and completely rethink every process of your business. You can do EVERYTHING 10x faster with AI. And no, brainstorming ideas with ChatGPT won't 10x your productivity. AI should know your voice, the exact numbers your business has, your goals, and have a detailed SOUL.md file. I run 10 AI agents this way. Each one knows who I am, what I'm building, and what my goals are. Idk why everyone doesn’t use it. Maybe I should drop a free guide on how to set it up?

My company charged clients $150k for MVPs while paying me $1,400/month. I was handling 3-4 projects at once, working crazy hours, sleeping <6 hours. A true 10x developer. One day I realized I was bringing in WAY more value than what I was getting paid After that, I managed to scale my career to over 6-figures. But now everything changed. Claude Code can do the work that costed $150k in a DAY. But AI didn't kill my career. Because I adapted. With AI I run multiple Claude Code sessions at once. I'm a 100x developer now. But I still feel like being just a good dev isn't enough anymore. So all my free time goes into building SaaS, learning marketing, content creation, AI agents. You gotta keep increasing your market value. Being a 10x developer isn't enough. It's just the starting point.
