1/ I don't think so! This is going to be an unpopular opinion. Here is my 2c: forum.sushi.com/t/election-of-… TLDR; Sushi is not a community-run DAO anymore. It was a fun experiment :) Now it's controlled by Arca+Cumberland plus a few others who make all the shots with the comp committee

We believe in this team, and we believe that the compensation packages were fairly developed without malicious intent. But, the community deserves transparency, at least until an appropriate Committee structure is approved (i.e., majority community-elected).
